During business hours, if an unfortunate situation occurs, please contact our office at 845-986-1177 as soon as possible. You can also submit your claim quickly and easily through our client portal and mobile app. Linda, our Claims Manager focusing on personal lines claims, and Ashley, who manages all business-related claims, are your advocates through the entire process. Either are available to answer your questions.

If your claim occurs after normal Seely & Durland business hours, don’t worry! Call our 24/7 line at 866-255-3439 and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Our system provides the opportunity to contact one of the agency principal owners by cell phone in the event of a major claim or other type of emergency.
We also encourage you to submit your claim directly to your carrier on weekends or after business hours.
