The Warwick Lions Club, along with Warwick Valley Rotary Club, Chosun Taekwondo Academy, Glenn and Susan Dickes, the Backpack Snack Attack Program, the Warwick Reformed Church, and several other local businesses and individuals are sponsoring a holiday party for local children in need.

Kids will be treated to a meal, games with prizes, a Santa photo, and a professional portrait. The children can choose gifts for their families from a shop that is set up with all new items, while volunteers are on hand to help them wrap the gifts. Santa will also present each child with a giant gift bag filled with an outfit of clothing, shoes, underwear, socks, a hat, gloves, a ShopRite gift card, and a special toy chosen just for them.

Here is how you can help:

Sponsor a child:

  • Send $60 for each child

Donate:

  • New gift items for the “shop” (men’s and women’s gifts)
  • New toys , stuffed animals, games, or sports balls for any age
  • New clothing and shoes (for ages 6-12)
  • Gift wrap, ribbons, tape, etc.
  • Cookies, cupcakes, or brownies (only nut-free please)
  • Monetary donations of any amount payable to Warwick Lions Club or Warwick Valley Rotary.

Volunteer:

  • Help wrap gifts on Saturday, December 3rd from 9 AM – 12 PM
  • Help at the party on Saturday, December 10th either in the morning or afternoon
